Terms of Service

CELYVANE · STORE TERMS

CELYVANE is built for customers shopping across complexion, eye and lip color, beauty tools, curated sets, body care, and related personal beauty products. These terms explain how product information, orders, payments, customer details, support requests, and storefront content are handled in day-to-day use of the store.

Using the Store

You may browse CELYVANE, review product information, place orders, and contact customer support for normal personal shopping purposes. The storefront should not be used in a way that interferes with checkout, security, account access, payment systems, product information, or other customers' ability to use the store.

Automated activity, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access attempts, malicious code, false identity information, abuse of promotions, or activity intended to disrupt store systems may result in an order or access being reviewed, restricted, or declined.

Customers are responsible for providing information that is sufficiently accurate for the requested transaction, including shipping details, contact information, and product selections.

Understanding Beauty Product Information

Beauty products often depend on details that cannot be reduced to a product name alone. A foundation, concealer, lip color, liner, brow product, powder, blush, bronzer, mascara, eyeshadow, brush, set, body lotion, or cleanser may have its own shade, finish, format, size, configuration, or intended use.

We make reasonable efforts to present titles, descriptions, images, shade names, options, and product details clearly so customers can compare items before ordering.

Customers should review the specific selection shown in the cart before checkout. Where a product is sold as a set or kit, the listed contents should be reviewed rather than assuming every photographed accessory is included.

Shade, Color, and Screen Differences

Cosmetic color is particularly sensitive to photography, lighting, display calibration, surrounding colors, skin tone, application method, and the amount of product applied. A shade viewed on one phone or monitor may not look identical on another device or in natural light.

Product images are intended to help customers evaluate the item, but they should be considered together with shade names, descriptions, and available product options.

A difference between screen appearance and real-world appearance does not by itself mean that the product is defective. If the product received does not match the shade or item stated in the order, that is a different issue and should be reported to customer support.

For shade-dependent purchases, please make the final selection from the product option shown in the cart rather than from image appearance alone.

Personal Use and Product Suitability

Cosmetics and personal-care products can perform differently from one person to another. Skin type, routine, environment, application technique, personal preference, previous product use, and sensitivity can all affect the experience of a product.

CELYVANE product information is intended to support shopping decisions and ordinary product use. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you know that you have specific sensitivities or allergies, review the information supplied with the product before use. Stop using a product if you experience an unexpected reaction and seek appropriate professional guidance where needed.

Customers should also follow any product-specific instructions, warnings, storage guidance, or usage information supplied with the item.

Orders and Order Review

Submitting an order creates a request to purchase the selected products. Before fulfillment is completed, an order may be reviewed for payment status, availability, shipping information, suspicious activity, product-selection issues, technical errors, or other circumstances that could affect successful fulfillment.

An order may be declined, cancelled, or adjusted when:

  • Payment cannot be successfully confirmed.
  • A product becomes unavailable before fulfillment.
  • An obvious pricing, inventory, or product-information error is identified.
  • Shipping information is incomplete or cannot reasonably be used for delivery.
  • The transaction appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with normal store use.
  • A technical issue results in an order that cannot be fulfilled as submitted.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the appropriate refund or transaction adjustment will be handled through the relevant payment method or provider.

Product Availability

Beauty inventory can change by product, shade, set, and stock location. A product being visible on the storefront does not mean every variation will remain available indefinitely.

Items can become unavailable because of inventory changes, stock discrepancies, damaged inventory, fulfillment limitations, or other operational reasons. If a product cannot be supplied after an order is placed, we will review the affected order and take the appropriate next step.

We may also update or discontinue products, shades, sets, packaging, or store collections over time.

Pricing and Promotions

Product prices, sale prices, promotional offers, discount codes, and other storefront incentives can change from time to time. A price or promotion shown at one moment is not guaranteed to remain available for a future order.

Promotions may have conditions such as product eligibility, order value, availability, usage limits, or specific campaign periods. Where such conditions apply, the offer should be used according to the information presented with it.

We may correct an obvious pricing or promotional error when discovered. If such an error affects an already submitted order, the order may require review before fulfillment.

Payment

Payment processing may be provided through third-party payment services. Available methods can differ by customer location, currency, device, or checkout configuration.

A payment attempt may be declined, delayed, or placed under review by the payment provider or fraud-prevention system. CELYVANE does not control every decision made by a bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment processor.

Customers should not send complete payment-card details through ordinary customer-support email. When a payment issue occurs, order references and transaction status are usually sufficient for us to identify the purchase from our side.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a shipping address that is complete and accurate. This includes apartment or unit information where applicable and any destination details necessary for the carrier to complete delivery.

Shipping estimates can be affected by carrier routing, local delivery networks, customs processing, weather, seasonal demand, and other conditions outside direct store control.

International orders may also be subject to destination-specific duties, taxes, customs processing, handling charges, or import requirements.

Returns, Hygiene, and Product Condition

Cosmetics, personal-care items, and beauty tools require additional care in return handling because product hygiene and packaging condition can affect whether an item can safely be accepted back.

Opening, testing, applying, contaminating, or materially altering a cosmetic or body-care product may affect return eligibility when there is no defect, fulfillment error, or other qualifying problem.

Products returned as part of a set should remain complete, and brushes or tools should be unused and clean when the return request relates only to preference or selection.

Return and refund decisions are reviewed according to the condition of the product, the reason for the request, the order circumstances, and the applicable store policy.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives with a broken product, leaking container, damaged compact, missing set component, incorrect shade, wrong product, or another fulfillment problem, contact us with the order information and a clear description of what happened.

Photographs of the product, shade label, packaging, parcel, or shipping label may be requested where they help verify the issue. Customers should keep affected products and packaging until the review is complete.

Customer Information

Information submitted during checkout or customer support should be accurate enough for the store to process the order and respond to the request. Customers should not intentionally provide false identity, payment, shipping, or contact information.

If an account feature is available, customers are responsible for maintaining reasonable control over their login information and shared devices.

How personal information is collected and handled is described separately in CELYVANE's privacy information.

Reviews, Messages, and Submitted Content

If the storefront allows customers to submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content, that material should relate to the product or shopping experience and should not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or malicious content.

Do not submit another person's private information without an appropriate reason or permission. Product reviews should reflect genuine experiences rather than fabricated claims intended to manipulate store reputation or other customers.

Where moderation is available, content may be removed or restricted when it is clearly unrelated, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with normal storefront use.

Store Content and Intellectual Property

Branding, original product presentation, page copy, photography, graphics, icons, layout elements, and other original content on the storefront may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Browsing the store or purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of that content or create permission to reproduce it for commercial use.

Customers may use ordinary product information for personal shopping purposes, but copying substantial storefront content, impersonating the brand, or republishing protected material as another store's own content is not permitted without appropriate authorization.

Third-Party Services

The storefront may rely on third-party providers for ecommerce infrastructure, payments, fraud screening, analytics, shipping, customer communications, hosting, or other operational functions.

Those services may sometimes experience outages, delays, maintenance, or technical failures that affect checkout, payment confirmation, tracking, page loading, or another part of the shopping experience.

We work with the information and tools available to us, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of every third-party network or platform.

Store Availability and Technical Errors

We aim to keep the storefront accurate and accessible, but temporary interruptions can occur. Pages may occasionally display incomplete information, duplicate content, outdated stock status, incorrect formatting, or another technical issue.

We may correct errors, update content, restore unavailable functions, or revise product information when a problem is identified.

An obvious technical display error does not require CELYVANE to fulfill an impossible, fraudulent, or clearly unintended transaction.

Reasonable Limits of Responsibility

CELYVANE is responsible for the parts of the customer experience that are reasonably within our control, including presenting products, processing valid orders, preparing fulfillment, and providing store support.

Some events depend on external services or customer decisions. These can include carrier delays, customs processing, payment-provider decisions, internet outages, incorrect delivery information, screen-based shade differences, or misuse of a product after delivery.

To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events that could not reasonably be controlled through normal storefront operations.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer protections or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable rules.

Misuse, Fraud, and Restricted Access

We may decline orders, limit transactions, or restrict access when there is a reasonable indication of payment fraud, account abuse, promotion abuse, automated attacks, harassment, malicious activity, repeated false claims, or attempts to interfere with store systems.

This type of action is intended to protect customers, payment systems, fulfillment operations, and the storefront rather than to interfere with ordinary shopping activity.

Changes to Store Terms

Store practices change as products, payment services, fulfillment arrangements, site features, and customer-support workflows evolve. These terms may be revised to reflect material changes in how the storefront actually operates.

The version displayed on the storefront should be read as the current explanation of store terms at that time.
